The house is located near Uggiano, surrounded by nature and surrounded by a large garden of 3,000 square meters and its own olive grove with large old olive trees that produce great olive oil.

The property can be reached via an asphalt road. The whole house is fenced by typical Apulian old stone walls or fences. You reach the house through an automatic entrance gate and then through an avenue with pine and other olive trees that provide pleasant shade in summer. The house has several terraces. A large terrace in front of the house with a large covered wooden veranda, a terrace behind the house with a view of the in-house swimming pool and a terrace next to the house which can be accessed directly from one of the bedrooms.

The house has beautiful star vaults made of local tufa and has been completely renovated and immediately habitable. The living room consists of an open living room with wood stove, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is bricked and tiled in the original Apulian style. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The villa is also lovingly furnished with high quality, stylish and partly antique furniture. All windows and doors are double glazed and equipped with mosquito nets and shutters.

There are a total of 2 bedrooms with double beds, fitted wardrobes and central heating through a wood stove, private terrace access and are heated via the wood stove, so that the temperature always remains comfortable even on cooler days. Both bedrooms have a glass door that leads into the garden.

The water comes from the in-house well and the wastewater goes into a septic tank with two chambers, but without a sewage system. The entire electrical system was checked by a German master electrician.

It is only a few minutes by car to the wonderful and beautiful, family-friendly natural stands. The nearest bathing beach is in San Pietro in Bevagna and Punta Prosciutto. Along the coast there are still many natural beaches and beach resorts with a ristorante.

In the low season, the beach is often yours alone and you can park your car in front of the dunes. The sea has fascinating facets and shimmers in a Caribbean blue.
